Content policy
Document your own protocol, honestly. Don't advise, sell, or fake.
1. The point
MyStack rewards honest documentation, not dramatic results. A null result, or an experiment that made things worse, is exactly as valuable as a win — both are first-class outcomes here.
2. Allowed
- Documenting your own regimen, including doses — dose, unit, frequency, and timing are core documentation fields, not incidental detail.
- Describing your own experience and your own reasoning.
- Linking to your own socials or blog.
3. Not allowed
- Vendor, sourcing, or affiliate links for compounds, or "DM me to buy" — no selling, full stop.
- Presenting your page as advice, coaching, treatment, or a cure — including writing a "protocol" aimed at someone else's condition rather than documenting your own.
- Publishing someone else's health data — a partner's, a child's, a client's.
- Impersonating another person, or fabricating data presented as measured.
- Illegal content, or instructions for acquiring prescription-only or controlled substances.
- Spam or SEO-farming — pages exist to document a protocol, not to rank for keywords.
4. Enforcement
Every public page has a discreet report link in its footer. Reports go to a human, not a queue — we act on what's reported, we don't proactively read private data. The response ladder, roughly in order of severity: unpublish the offending item, suspend the page, remove the account. You can appeal any of these by email.
5. Standing frame
MyStack is for adults (18+). Everything you read here is self-reported — the "self-reported" chips throughout the product are part of the deal and aren't optional decoration.
