Your stack, doses, bloodwork, experiments — and what you stopped, with the reason why. Private by default; you publish only what you choose.

Six things I take, one page, no claims.

01 · Document
Supplements and doses, experiments with before/after markers, practices, diet, sleep, bloodwork. Every new entry is [private] until you say otherwise.
02 · Publish what you choose
Publishing health data the first time asks for explicit consent, recorded with a timestamp. Unpublish anything, any time. Export or delete everything — those are rights, not features.
03 · Send one link
Paste your page anywhere — X, WhatsApp, Discord — and it unfurls into a data card, not a bare URL.
It lives on your home screen too — MyStack installs like an app straight from the browser. No store, no download; the same site with its own icon.
The point isn’t to look optimized. It’s to keep an honest record — the null results and the things that backfired included.
Self-reported personal documentation — not medical advice. The platform never recommends doses, supplements, or treatments.
